Great pictures. The one that caught my eye was the water tower at Debert. There was no water tower at CFS Debert in my day so it was obviously part of the salvage post-war and removed. However the buildings and fencing around it look very familiar and I do believe that it may have been located in the upper part of the Camp near the old HQ and H-Huts. Looks like it was a gravity fed system, which is not surprising as it may have fed a fire line down to the airfield…all sorts of hydrants remain. Project for this spring…see If I can find remnants of the old water tower footings
